Seriously, if I didn't have a reason to come back, I could have stayed there. Now I know why people run off to Cali.

ANYWAYS! Alissa [~Vampire-Queen-Asyla] and I got back last week from being in LA for about a week, so I'm sending pictures from my phone to the computer to upload them later. It was fantastic there and I had a great time. Everyone was super friendly and very 'Kumbaya' there. Especially at the convention. <3

The cosplays at AX09 were crazy; some people had spent years on them while others even had electricity running through them so they properly worked. How? I don't know. But it was nifty. I'm trying to think of what outfits to get for next year, so suggestions would be loved! There are four days of convention time, so I can have up to one costume each day. One day I plan on going as a girl from one of the Jetsets.
No halter tops though! While I was there the ties cut into my neck and bruised it too. It was gross.
I spent about $300 on prints/wig/stuffed animal/paddle while I was there, and I don't know how much on food. Everything was sooo expensive. =.e; We ended up eating at Famimas, Dennys, and the convention most of the time because they were the least costly. But still expensive as hell.

Although we didn't get the time to go to Little Tokyo and some other places we had hoped to see, I'm planning on going back next year for the con, so I'll just manage the time more wisely. :]
